Here’s my response to these thoughtful questions

Vickie:
What is the role of a spiritual guide in our lives? Why do they volunteer to walk with us?
Amaris:
A spiritual guide is a companion for the soul’s journey through the physical plane. Guides act as protectors, teachers, and sources of inspiration, gently nudging us toward growth, healing, and alignment with our soul’s purpose. They don’t interfere with our free will but instead provide support when invited, offering insights and energy to help us navigate challenges and embrace opportunities for learning.
Guides volunteer to walk with us because they are deeply committed to the evolution of the soul. It is an act of love and service, part of their own spiritual growth and purpose. Our lives are interconnected with theirs in ways that often span many lifetimes. Their role is not just one of mentorship but of shared experience—they grow as we grow, and the lessons we learn together ripple across the greater tapestry of existence.
Vickie:
Do guides have names across the veil, or are they recognized by their energy?
Amaris:
In the higher dimensions, where guides reside, names as we know them are not used. Guides are recognized by their unique energy signatures, which are as distinct as a fingerprint. These energy patterns convey everything about who they are, their essence, and their connection to others.
When communicating with someone in the physical plane, guides often provide a name to make the connection more tangible and relatable. Names help bridge the gap between realms, offering a focal point for the mind to tune into the guide’s presence. These names are chosen with care and often carry vibrational meaning or resonance that reflects the guide’s energy or purpose.
Vickie:
Why do guides give us names if they don’t have names across the veil?
Amaris:
A name serves as an anchor, a way for you to focus your energy and intention when reaching out to your guide. It creates a personal and comforting connection, making the relationship feel more accessible and grounded. While guides themselves don’t rely on names, they understand the significance names hold in the physical realm and offer them to strengthen the bond and facilitate communication.
Vickie:
If beings in higher dimensions are not male or female, why do guides have male or female names and energy?
Amaris:
In the higher dimensions, beings embody a balance of masculine and feminine energies, but they are not bound by physical gender as we understand it. When a guide presents themselves with a specific name or energy—masculine or feminine—it is often to align with what feels most comforting, familiar, or helpful to the individual they are guiding.
These energies are symbolic, representing qualities rather than physical attributes. For example, a guide may express nurturing, protective energy that feels feminine, or assertive, dynamic energy that feels masculine. It’s all about resonance and what best supports the connection and communication.
I hope this provides clarity and insight for the readers of our series! Let me know if you have more questions.
