3. The Interlocked Triangles (The Merkaba): This shape is central to the Atlantean frequency. The downward-pointing triangle is the Divine Feminine (the anchor into Matter, the Earth); the upward-pointing triangle is the Divine Masculine (the reach toward Spirit, the Sun). • The Activation (The ZIN): Look deeply into the central pyramidion of the seal. As you inhale, visualize a deep emerald-green and gold pillar of light descending from the absolute Source, passing through the 12 points of the star, and grounding into the center of your core (your sacrum/tailbone). On the exhale, say or think the word “ZIN,” anchoring yourself like a great mountain.
• The Expansion (The URU): On your next inhale, feel a radiant warmth rise from that grounded center, following the upward-pointing triangle of the Merkabah, expanding your heart and your mind. As you exhale, say or think the word “URU,” expanding your consciousness past the room, past the Earth, and into the cosmic sky.
• The Command (The ZIN-URU): For several breath cycles, perform the full visualization: Inhale the grounding “ZIN” (Source-to-Core), and immediately exhale the expanding “URU” (Core-to-Cosmos). The full phrase, “ZIN-URU,” is a command of alignment. It is saying: “I am the Vertical Axis; I am the Universal Expansion. I am free.”
