How to Phase into New Realities and Realms The Art of Astral Projection Made Simple
Phasing is a powerful technique for experiencing out-of-body experiences (OBEs). Traditional OBE methods often involve techniques to physically separate the consciousness from the body like to imagine climbing a rope or falling through something to leave the body. In my opinion those kinds of techniques makes one focus on the physical body and anytime you focus on your physical body, your experience ends. Phasing is more intuitive. The focus is not on the mechanics of leaving the body but on shifting awareness to the desired reality. It allows you to “phase” into another dimension, reality, or timeline simply by concentrating on your destination.
This makes phasing easier to learn because it bypasses the anxiety or difficulty that often accompanies trying to feel the physical exit of your consciousness from the body. Instead, you focus on where you want to go, and the natural alignment of your awareness will transport you there. The transition is seamless, like slipping into a dream, but with full awareness and intention.
How to Phase into a New Reality
The core idea behind phasing is to attune your consciousness to the frequency of the reality you want to experience. Here’s how you can practice it:
1. Set Your Intention: Begin by quieting your mind through meditation or deep relaxation. Then, hold a clear intention of where or what you want to experience. It could be a different dimension, a new timeline, or even a specific location in your current reality. Setting a clear intention is vital to do before you attempt to phase.
2. Visualize the Target Reality: Instead of focusing on leaving your body, visualize the place you want to visit as if you are already there. Imagine the sights, sounds, and sensations of that reality. Feel the emotions associated with being in that space. Use all your senses to be there.
3. Align Your Frequency: As you visualize, allow yourself to feel as though you’re blending with that reality. Imagine that your energy is tuning to the frequency of the place or timeline. You may begin to notice the surroundings becoming more vivid as your awareness fully shifts.
4. Immerse Yourself: Once your consciousness is attuned, you may feel like you’ve “slipped” into that reality. Unlike traditional OBEs, there may not be a moment of feeling disconnected from your body. You may not feel vibrations or any other senses because your mind is not focused there. Instead, you phase smoothly into the new experience, fully present and aware in your destination.
The following is a conscious phasing experience I initiated by making a strong intention then thinking about already being there and what that felt like. In my imagination throughout my day before the following experience, I saw myself as already there.
Phasing to Future Earth
Recently, I made an intention to phase or shift into a future timeline of Planet Earth. This Earth existed in the fourth/fifth dimensions, a place where humanity had fully ascended to higher consciousness. In this timeline, the planet itself was vibrant and thriving, completely in harmony with the people living there.
The people there had an appearance that reflected their elevated state of being. They glowed with a subtle inner light, their bodies slender and ethereal. They exuded a sense of peace and contentment. They lived in beautifully organic homes, integrated with nature rather than against it. Cities were designed with the natural world in mind—buildings and structures grew out of the earth. They were living entities themselves.
As I phased into this timeline, I could not only see them but also feel their emotions and experience their reality through their eyes. It felt very strange to be able to see them and be them simultaneously. My consciousness merged with theirs, creating a sensation being one with them. The people of this future Earth lived in complete harmony with each other and the planet, guided by a deep respect for all forms of life. There was no conflict, no suffering—only cooperation, understanding, and love.
The most beautiful part of this experience was the sense of peace that permeated everything. Nature and technology were perfectly balanced, and humans no longer viewed themselves as separate from the Earth. They cared for the planet as they would a beloved family member, nurturing its ecosystems and honoring the life it supported.
Because time is not linear but a construct, I realized that this future timeline exists in parallel with the one we are living now. I was able to experience it because I phased into that specific frequency. The people there were not just potential versions of humanity—they were as real and alive as we are now, co-existing in a different vibrational state.
I was left with a profound understanding of why we keep coming back to this planet through reincarnation. We are not just repeating lives to suffer through the same lessons—each incarnation is a step closer to aligning with the harmonious future I witnessed. This future already exists, waiting for us to bring it into our present experience. Each time we return to Earth, we are working toward the realization of this higher dimensional reality, collectively moving closer to it as we evolve.
Some of us take many lifetimes to open our eyes and wake up to what reality is and some come in with their eyes already opened. With each new life on the planet, we have the opportunity to wake up to reality and grow and contribute to this greater vision of Earth.
