What is dis-ease?
“Dis–ease” is a lack of something (ease/health), whereas disease is the presence of something (an endpoint condition).
We all came here in this lifetime together to co-create for the purpose of learning and growth. Sometimes those lessons include a state of unbalance in our energy which creates a block/issue/illness within our body. It creates, dis-ease.
We, as humans in this perceived physical lifetime, exist in three types of states.
• The first state is, “ease”. When we are at ease with ourselves, our emotions and our body are working together and functioning properly. We are functioning well all the way down to a cellular level.
• The second state is called “dis-ease”. You have lost your ease with yourself. You are not yet sick but not well either. Your cells, organs and body systems are vibrating differently and not working perfectly as you were when you are at “ease”.
• The third state is called, “disease”. Whereas dis-ease is the lack of something, disease is the presence of something and that’s pathology. In this state of disease, parts of our mind, emotions, or body have reached a point where “pathology” now exists. This is end point failure of our cells, organs or systems, a state where someone can “name a condition” that we have developed within our bodies.
As shown in the chart below, we start out with well-being. Hopefully we remain in this healthy and happy state throughout our lives and many people do. Everything is energy, our bodies included, and some people understand how to keep the energy in our bodies balanced so they can remain in a state of well-being. However, some of us (apparently myself included), take dark, old emotional memories that were formed so long ago, and that were never resolved, and store them in our bodies. This forms dis-ease and then we move through the chart below until there is real disease in the body.
We cannot dismiss the important role that our environment and the foods we eat play in our overall health, however, The Mind/Body Connection should also be healed and balanced to be at ease and within our well-being.
Memories of this lifetime are stored all over our bodies. We store them in parts of our brain and even in our cells throughout our bodies. Memories stored in our cells are called cellular memories.
Cellular memory means that memories and personality traits can be stored in any individual cells or in other organs, not just in the brain.
We know cellular memories are real since modern medicine has gained much knowledge about these memories through organ transplant patients.
In 2006, William Sheridan, a man with no more than rudimentary artistic skills, received a heart transplant. Very quickly after the transplant he discovered a new artistic talent in himself that was astonishing. Sheridan went from drawing stick figures, before his surgery, to drawing beautiful detailed wildlife and landscapes after he received his new heart. He soon discovered that the heart given to him was from a very talented professional artist.
There are many simular stories from people that have received a transplant like Sheridan’s. Our body stores certain memories in our cells. These can sometimes be memories of events that were not good and not healthy.
If these unhealthy cellular memories don’t get resolved they become dis-ease. The cell that holds unhealthy and unresolved memories becomes weak, and then sick. The cell mutates and the body creates an identifiable disease.
How do you know if you have created dis-ease within yourself? Think of an important distressful event(s) that occurred in this lifetime and that caused you to feel so badly that you’ve never forgotten the event(s). You may have repressed the emotions the event caused you to feel and although this approach may seem to work in the short-term, over time repressing our emotions wreaks havoc on our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing – starting with dis-ease.
When you think of the event how does it make you feel? Do you feel strong emotions about what occurred even though time may, or may not, have passed? Those emotions aren’t just felt by the brain, they are strongly felt all over the body and since we know many kinds of memories are stored in the body, inside our cells, those unresolved memories will cause an energy block. Since now the energy is not flowing perfectly because of the block that was created due to strong emotions stored in the body, you have become ill at ease with yourself. You have created – dis-ease. Dis-ease will become an identifiable disease if it’s not resolved.
Speak up, speak out, find ways to resolve any past events that cause you to feel badly when you think of them. Whether some kind of “wrong” was done to you, or you did something to someone else, if you feel the event with negative emotion then find a way to resolve it before it follows through, to become disease.
