My UFO Contact Experience
In 2010 I was living in Houston, Texas. I had been very busy for many years raising a family and running my own website design business. I was so focused in 3-D that I didn’t look up at the sky anymore. We get that way sometimes throughout our lives when we have too many responsibilities.
My life was so busy during those years that there wasn’t much time for anything else. I divided my time between work and family.
The years went by, and it seemed that I turned around and my children were adults. And just as suddenly, I was burnt out. My days had been busy with design clients and a family for so long, but I had to make a change in my life. I felt drained and empty.
I sold my business and decided to take some free time in my life. To tell you the truth, I was bored out of my mind after I sold my business! Free time? What does that mean? I wasn’t even close to wanting to sit in a chair and read all day. I had no idea what was coming next.
My daughter worked for NASA and had an important job with them. She traveled the world with the astronauts and took meeting minutes on their sessions. She met and spent time with astronauts all over the world. She also worked on parts of the NASA website.
She often traveled and when she was away, I took care of her cats. I drove over to feed them every few days.
One evening, while my daughter was in Japan, I decided to drive to her apartment to check on everything. I had usually driven there during the day, because she lived in Clear Lake which was a long drive from my house. It had been a busy day so I left to drive to her apartment close to dark.
It was a cool evening which is so welcome in Houston. It’s a very humid and hot place to live. When a cool evening rolled in there, it felt so good. This night was clear and some of the stars could be seen. Houston is a big city, so the ground lights keep the stars hidden most nights.
I had done all I needed to do at my daughter’s apartment and was heading back home. I was on the beltway, which is a paid shortcut through the middle of the city. It saves a lot of time, so I always took this route.
It was around 10pm and there was very little traffic on the beltway. This was unusual for Houston, even at 10pm. Traffic should have been lighter at that hour, but not this light.
I opened the sunroof to let in the fresh, cool air of that Houston night as I drove home on the mostly deserted beltway. I was playing music very loud; I was playing, Pink Floyd – “Hey You”, from, The Wall.
I didn’t realize at the time how profound the words to that song are, until that night.
Hey You, by Pink Floyd
You know how those nights are when you’re singing a favorite song loud and not paying much attention to anything else but the drive and the glorious music in your ears? That was such a night. I drove fast around the curves, never having to slow because traffic was so light. The yellow sodium vapor lights all along the beltway cast a strange color on the night.
I came around a long curve and suddenly the night above me got very black. The sky above my opened sunroof was just suddenly black. I could feel a strong energy quickly moving through my body.
I couldn’t remove my hands from the wheel, nor could I steer the car. My foot stayed evenly on the accelerator, but I couldn’t remove it. I had a fleeting thought that I should pull over, but it wasn’t physically possible.
The music was really loud and I felt like an electric surge was moving through me. It was as if every cell in my body had lit up with energy and I was tingling all over my skin. I looked up and could clearly see a very large craft above my car. It was too large, and much too close, to get an idea of its size. I could feel the air in the car move out of the opened sunroof as the craft hovered directly over my car.
The craft looked black with no lights on. There was a metallic design on the bottom. It was so large over my car that the full shape couldn’t be seen but I could see the metallic design when I looked out the sunroof.
By this point my body was pure electricity and no longer controlled by my brain. The feeling seemed to get stronger, then suddenly, time was gone. I came back into conscious awareness back inside my car and right before my turnoff to go home. I didn’t remember where I went, or any details for a long time except that I kept thinking about taking pictures and I had never had much interest in photography before that night.
I got the knowing that night to begin taking pictures of everything around us using intuitive photography and it became a fun hobby for me. It was a challenge seeing what I could capture on my camera. I have always known there are a great abundance of planets filled with other people out there. I had known this stuff all my life. I bought a new camera and a tripod and began to film all the interesting phenomena around me.
