Astral Projection into the Mirror

Yesterday, I dedicated my entire day to preparing for astral travel. I ate light, meat-free, and unprocessed meals, and throughout the day, I repeated a specific affirmation: “I will have a conscious astral projection tonight and remember every detail”. By continuously affirming this intention, I effectively communicated my desires to my subconscious mind. I didn’t specify a particular destination or experience in my affirmation, instead I wanted to allow the astral journey to unfold naturally, embracing whatever the universe had in store for me.

I put on my earphones and relaxed to the sounds of Altered States of Consciousness and very soon, I found myself in a state of weightlessness, I had separated from my physical body. My consciousness was untethered, free to explore the mysteries beyond the veil. I drifted through a realm of shimmering energy as I drifted up from my body and disconnected from the physical world. I didn’t have a destination in mind and I found myself surrounded by vibrant colorful energies adrift in the cosmos.

I became aware of a faint shimmering light in the distance. It beckoned to me like a distant star, drawing me closer. With each passing moment, it grew brighter, and I moved towards it effortlessly feeling like I was being propelled by an invisible force.

Finally, I arrived before a massive mirror that seemed to hang in the void. I could see no way it connected to anything. The frameless, oval-shaped surface was pristine and reflected nothing but a swirling mist, a canvas of swirling colors and patterns. I hesitated for a moment, unsure of what to expect, and then I decided to step closer.

As I approached the mirror, the swirling patterns within the glass began to coalesce and form shapes. They danced and swirled, merging and separating in an intricate ballet of colors. The mist cleared, revealing a landscape that felt simultaneously familiar and alien.

In the mirror, I saw myself, but not as I knew myself in the physical world. My appearance was transformed. I radiated with a luminescent, otherworldly glow. My features were more defined, yet they seemed to shift and change in response to my thoughts and emotions. It was as though my true essence was being reflected, stripped of the limitations of the physical form.

My eyes, which had always been blue in the physical world, now glowed with an indescribable hue, shifting from deep sapphire blue to a bright emerald green with every passing thought. My skin was porcelain-smooth, untouched by imperfections or blemishes. I reached out to touch my reflection, and my hand passed through the mirror, as if it were made of mist.

As I examined my reflection, I noticed that it was not just my physical appearance that had changed. I could see the thoughts and emotions swirling within me, like currents of energy. Joy sent ripples of vibrant colors cascading across my form, while moments of doubt and fear cast shadows that ebbed and flowed. I was a living canvas of emotion, a manifestation of my inner self.

In that moment, I understood that this mirror was not merely a reflection of my physical appearance; it was a mirror of my soul. It revealed the true essence of who I was, stripped of the constraints of the physical world. I felt a profound sense of self-awareness, an understanding of my own complexity and the interconnectedness of my thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

As I continued to gaze into the mirror, I felt a deep sense of peace and acceptance wash over me. I could see through my physical appearance and truly see and understand that I was a being of pure energy and consciousness, boundless and infinite.

With a final, lingering look at the mirror, I began to drift away, carried by a gentle current of energy. I knew that I was returning to my physical body and I carried with me a profound sense of awe and heightened self-awareness.
