Step 1 • Step 2 • Step 3 • Final Steps
Exploring consciousness begins by the exploration of your inner self. That sounds easy, but it’s not so easy for a lot of people. There are probably more than a million ways to meditate, countless books, videos, podcasts and more on the subject of teaching people to meditate. Yet with all these resources I see people on social media and other platforms with posts saying they have tried to meditate and they can’t shut the mind chatter down (I call it mind clatter). Some people say they simply don’t have the time needed to devote to learning “how” to meditate.
Meditation really IS the key to achieving many phenomenal experiences. It’s a way to heal yourself, know who you are, remember your abilities, and open your subconscious to your inner self.
I like to keep things simple. I believe mediation should be simple too. For those struggling to find your inner peace or to learn out of body and astral projection, I would like to provide some resources and instruction on the art of meditation. In two weeks, you may not be a meditation yogi but, you will have a very good daily practice setup. If you continue with this simple plan. You will find that you are very successful in all your endeavors.
We begin with the art of relaxation
Relaxation is difficult for many people. Just learning to relax each day will make you more focused, will provide more energy, and will help your stress levels so much. This self-hypnosis from, Growth Hypnosis, is an excellent way to learn the art of relaxation. This download is professionally designed to take the stress of your day away and give you inner quiet and complete physical relaxation. Please download this session and work with it for three days/nights, once per day. Use headphones to help cut out external sounds. Never listen to this self-hypnosis while driving. Always be in a relaxed position either sitting or laying down where you can have about 20 minutes to yourself.
In the steps that follow this one, we will begin some fast and easy techniques for meditation but for now work on learning to relax for three days or nights. The next steps and downloads will be posted in a few days. This is a free download for all members, subscribers and visitors. There is no membership required for this program. But, honestly, why not join? Membership is free and we bring you some great ways to explore consciousness in all its forms. Duration 20:03
