The Technique: Using the Vibrational State to move directly into an astral projection
- Get into a tranquil mental state and let your thoughts drift away as you allow your physical body to go into a deeply relaxing state.
- Concentrate on the energy within your body then channel the energy to the crown of your head. Feel the energy moving around your crown, relaxing you deeply.
- Move the concentrated energies that you have created downwards, towards your feet, making the energies flow through each cell of your physical body and through every area of your energy body. When your energies reach your feet, move them back up towards your head. Keep moving your energies up and down, establishing a closed circuit of energies. Your energies will flow through your body and within the boundaries of your energy body, there is no external path or exchange of energies beyond your energy body.
- Use your mind and your visualization to move your energies slowly from your head to your feet. Your attention to detail is important here. The energies will follow the focal point of your attention, so make sure you go through every area of your body. As you move your energies you may identify areas that are blocked. Concentrate on unblocking paths and revitalizing dormant nodes where you feel less flow of energies.
- Gradually amplify the tempo of the energy flow until it’s moving at a nice steady pace from the head to the toes. If you lose focus, slow to a gentler pace before regaining momentum then move right back into your flow.
