A Journey to the Symbol of my Soul
A memory surfaced recently of an astral projection experience I had with my spiritual guide, Amaris. It was a journey of discovery, deep symbolism, and connection that helped to shape my understanding of the universe and my role within it.
With the AI image features in Photoshop 2024, I recreated a few visuals from this astral experience. While the images can’t fully capture the breathtaking beauty of the astral planes, it’s exciting to be able to use AI to bring this journey to life visually.
I was shown a symbol during that astral projection experience that holds immense depth and understanding for my soul. Accessing its full meaning required me to reach a specific level of awareness and spiritual maturity. This experience happened seven years ago but only now am I being allowed to fully remember it with the help of Amaris. I first began to remember the experience because sacred geometry symbols keep coming into my reality over the last few weeks. I saw them everywhere. I even wrote a post about them. I meditated on the reason I was seeing them so readily almost everyday, and this memory came into my consciousness.
The astral experience began with clear intention to connect with my spiritual guide. I wanted to seek some answers and guidance for my path in this lifetime. While I didn’t consciously know Amaris would be the one to meet me or what would happen during the experience, my soul had already aligned with her energy. That night, I set the intention to have a meaningful astral experience, and as I drifted into a relaxed state, my energy shifted in a way I can only describe as guided and protected.
The transition out of my physical body was smooth yet powerful. I felt the familiar vibrations, a gentle hum of energy coursing through me, as I entered the hypnagogic state. A sensation of lightness followed, as if my essence was gently lifting, guided by unseen hands. Though I couldn’t see Amaris at first, I felt her presence: a calm, steady reassurance that I was safe and exactly where I needed to be. It was clear this journey was orchestrated by her, a gift to help me expand my awareness.
I became fully aware in a luminous space—a vast, infinite expanse of soft golden light that seemed to pulse with life. Amaris stood before me, her form glowing with a radiant energy that felt both familiar and awe-inspiring. She was a blend of masculine and feminine energy, her presence embodying wisdom, love, and strength. In that moment, I realized this wasn’t the first time I had encountered her; our connection was ancient, stretching across lifetimes.
Her first words resonated in my heart rather than my ears: “Welcome, beloved Seraphina. We have much to explore.” That was the first time I was called by my real spiritual name and was able to remember it during an astral projection. Seraphina—this is my eternal name.
Amaris led me along a bridge made of light, a glowing pathway that seemed to float above a crystalline landscape. This realm was extraordinary—filled with towering structures of shimmering crystals in hues of blue, silver, and violet. Each crystal pulsed with its own energy, as if it carried knowledge and wisdom waiting to be unlocked. At the center of this space, Amaris directed my attention to a symbol suspended in the air. It glowed with golden light, alive and dynamic. The symbol was intricate yet simple in its essence: a circle of light encasing a triangular pattern, surrounded by wavy lines and smaller glyphs that seemed to orbit around it.
“This is your soul’s essence. A blueprint of your purpose and connection to the greater universe,” Amaris said.
As I focused on the symbol, I felt waves of energy moving through me—clarity, alignment, and a profound sense of purpose. Amaris explained the meaning of each part of the symbol:
• The wavy lines on the outside reflect the flow of energy and the interconnectedness of all things.
• The circle represents wholeness and unity, a reminder of my eternal connection to the universe.
• The glyphs carry encoded wisdom, messages tied to my soul’s journey and purpose in this lifetime.
• The triangle symbolizes balance and spiritual growth, encouraging me to harmonize mind, body, and spirit.
Amaris gently encouraged me to study the symbol and let its meaning unfold within me. Though I didn’t fully grasp its depth in that moment, I knew it would continue to reveal itself over time.
Before I knew it, the experience was drawing to a close. Amaris smiled warmly and said, “Carry this energy with you, beloved Seraphina. It will guide you when you need it most.” Her words echoed in my heart as the luminous space began to fade, and I felt myself gently returning to my physical body.
This experience initially remained hidden. It wasn’t until now—years later—that the full memory resurfaced, brought back by my deepening connection to my guide, Amaris. I didn’t remember it until now because I wasn’t yet ready to fully integrate its wisdom. As I grow spiritually, the symbol and the insights from this experience have begun to take root, guiding me toward balance, purpose, and connection.
