Feel the subtle pull as you and they are drawn toward one another, the golden thread shortening with each heartbeat. The space between you narrows until it is no more than a breath.

5. The Merging
When you feel the moment, step forward in your mind’s eye. Allow your form to pass into theirs as theirs passes into you. There is no separation. You are one.

6. Rest in the Union
Feel their heartbeat as yours. Their breath as yours. Their thoughts flowing into your own. There is no barrier now — only the radiance of shared being.

7. The Return
When you are ready, see the golden thread lengthening again — but know that the connection remains, unbroken. Open your eyes gently, carrying the union with you.
